Hi! We had a great day of school on the 100th day. The kids loved the fun-filled activities and the cook-out was great. It was a nice day for everyone!
Next week's spelling words are: soon, too, food, new, chew, grew, moon, zoo, room, flew, knew, blew. The bonus words are: shampoo, classroom, newspaper. Please pracitce these words with your child during the weeks so they can do well on their spelling test on Friday.
We still need a few items for our class. We need: Kleenex, expo-markers, crayons, hand sanitzer, and index cards.

Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a nice weekend. There are just a few things I wanted to remind you about.
We will be closed next Monday, January 18th for MLK Jr. Day. Next Friday, January 22 we will be having a father/daughter dance at LPA Lakeside. If you would like to eat and dance with your daughter, then please buy tickets at the front office.
This week's spelling words are:
read, each, eat, see, keep, teeth, team, clean, Easter, feet, between, feel
BONUS WORDS: least, wreath, kneel
We are entered in the bookman's reading challenge. Please have your child read and fill out the form each night as part of their homework. They need to read 4 books a week and fill out the form. All forms and homework are due each Friday. Your child must complete the form in order to participate in homework "fun Friday~!"

welcome back!!
Hello everyone! I hope you all had a nice holiday season with your family!
We are ready to get back to school and continue working and learning. I look forward to a great 2nd half of the year with your child.
We need a few items for our class since we are beginning to run low on some supplies. If you can, please buy an item or 2 and send it to school with your child. We need Kleenex, handsanitzer, expo markers (for slates), crayons, glue sticks, stickers, and white paper/construction paper. Your help is greatly appreciated!
