Hello...
This week is a short week as we have Rodeo Break on Thursday and Friday. We will return to school on Monday, March 1.

Grandparents day is this Wednesday, February 24th. We hope to see all of the grandparents that day for a western story, a fun-filled art activity and a BBQ cookout lunch!

We have no spelling test this week and no homework.

Next weeks spelling words are: far, part, hard, started, dark, farm, arm, cart, march, bark, party, barn. The bonus words are: alarm, carve, garbage. The test will be given on Friday, March 5th.

Hello-
Next week we have a short week since it is Rodeo Week in Tucson. Woohoo!!! we have no spelling test and no homework/reading log. The kids could use a break!

Grandparents day: Wednesday, Feb. 24th is grandparents day at our school. We would love to have all the grandparents join us as we hear a story, do an art project and eat a B-B-Q lunch. Also, pictures will be taken for $1.

We are closed on Thursday, Feb. 25 and Friday, Feb. 26 for Rodeo Break. See you all on Monday, March 1.

Next week's spelling words are: out, about, our, found, now, down, mouse, round, sound, town, clown, how. The Bonus Words: mountain, shower, crowded. Please help your child practice their spelling words each week so they can be successful on their spelling test.

Wednesday, February 24 from 9:30-11:30 is grandparents day. We will be hearing a rodeo story and doing a fun activity and then we will have a B-B-Q lunch in the courtyard. Also, you can get your child's picture taken with his/her grandparent(s) for $1. Please fill out the form and send in the $1 for the picture no later than February 19th.

We will be closed on February 25 and February 26 for Rodeo Break. enjoy!!!
