Hello!

next week's spelling words are: find, right, light, show, own, boat, mind, night, high, throw, goat, float. The bonus words are: fighting, grown, throat. Long i can be spelled i or igh: find, right and long o can be spelled ow and oa: show, boat. Please help your child study for the spelling test so they can be successful on Friday!

FIELD TRIP: we are going to the TCC Music Hall on Monday, February 7th. Please make sure your child has a sack lunch from home and is at school on time. we plan to leave for the music hall at 9am.

VALENTINE'S DAY: we will be having a small Valentine's day party in our class on Monday, February 14th. Your child may bring cards to exchange with the class and a treat to share. I will send home a list of the children's names on the weekly letter.
